ATSSA, Seabury & Smith and RxAmerica are committed to giving you a great discount prescription drug program -- provided at NO COST to you or your family! This uniquely tailored program is designed to provide substantial savings through a network of member Pharmacy chains through the cooperation and partnership with RxAmerica, one of the largest Pharmacy Benefit Managers in the country. Members and their families will enjoy savings in the purchase of prescription drugs where savings can be realized approximately 90% of the time. Savings up to 50% when you buy generic prescription drugs and savings up to 20% for brand name prescription drugs can be realized!

HOW IT WORKS:  With your permission, you will be sent an identification card or cards showing your name and Social Security Number identifying you as a participant in the discount prescription drug program.  Just present your card to the network pharmacy to receive your prescription drugs at the discounted price.  It is as simple as that!  If you have other medical insurance, you can present these prescription drug receipts to your medical insurance carrier for further credit!
 
This plan has the unique feature of allowing prescriptions to be filled up to a 90-day supply through a convenient state-of-the art mail service facility!  If you require maintenance medications, you will find this feature particularly helpful.  Please be sure to make your physician aware of this option.

The Seabury & Smith Pharmacy team is dedicated to provide the finest prescription service available to our plan participants. We are backed by a sophisticated computer network that allows us to screen your medications to guard against potentially dangerous drug-to-drug interactions and allergic reactions. This important feature will be of great value to all members and their families.

The APPI Savings Solutions program identifies and implements options that reduce the costs of each member’s energy and utility services. Members pay no upfront, hourly, or retainer fees. APPI is only compensated when it demonstrates and delivers savings and/or refunds. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What kind of information do I need to submit in order to receive a quote?
Generally, all we’ll need from you is a copy of your current policies, a copy of your current exposures (property schedule, auto fleet list, etc), and a copy of your most current audited financials to get a quote started. We have created a checklist that will be sent electronically to you when you request a quote. We may need to ask a few additional questions but we’ll make the process as painless as possible.

How quickly can you provide a quote?
When we’ve received all of your information, we can usually provide a quote within a 6-week time frame.

Do I need to give you a Broker of Record (BOR) letter in order to obtain a quote from you?
We generally do not seek a BOR and will only do so if you request us to. Our goal at TISC is to provide you with the best coverages at the most affordable prices by leveraging markets you have not tried in the past.

Can my current broker participate in the program?
If you decide to choose the TISC program, you will need to discontinue your relationship with your current broker.

How quickly can I get insurance certificates?
We’ve developed an on-line program that allows our customers to issue and fax/email standard certificates immediately. Non-standard certificate requests are handled within one business day. If our customers are not comfortable issuing their own certificates, our staff is ready to issue certificates with a standard response time of 4 business hours for individual requests. Whenever a sizable number of certificates will be requested, say at renewal time, we will work with you to make sure that your needs are met.

What is your standard response time for inquiry calls or emails?
Our standard response time is within one hour of receipt of the call or email, with a maximum of a 24-hour time frame. We may not have your answer within that time frame, but we guarantee that we’ll get back to you to let you know we are working on it.
