Military Bases

Safer Roads Save Lives

Military Bases are self-contained areas that can be as large and complex as any small city.  While there are some differences in the rules governing military bases, many of the same roadway safety issues found in public roadway areas are also faced by those in charge of base operations.

This section of ATSSA's Roadway Safety Outreach website is designed to assist those officials and individuals involved with base operations and management, providing them with the tools necessary to manage roadway safety issues.
