This year’s meeting will be held in a fully digitized format with a variety of components reimagined due to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing restrictions. So when he learned about the Marty Weed Engineering Scholarship that would cover travel expenses up to $1,500 to attend ATSSA’s Annual Convention & Traffic Expo, he submitted an application.
