ATSSA's "Tech Corner" is a reader participation column in the biweekly member-only e-newsletter "The Flash" that offers technical answers to tough roadway safety questions. The column was created to assist those in the roadway safety industry with issues and concerns that require a more technical, "by the books" explanation or response from an unbiased expert.
