System and Participation Requirements
In order to participate in this training, you must have high speed internet, a computer with camera access, a valid email address, and Zoom and Adobe Reader installed. Your computer should also have microphone access, or you must have the ability to join by phone. Students shall be monitored by camera to ensure the integrity of the training and exam.
When registering for training, please make sure the email address used belongs to the student taking the course. The student’s unique email address is required to provide access to the training course, provide any technical assistance, and give them credit for attendance.
Getting Started with Zoom
To understand Zoom’s technical requirements, and view instructions on how to install zoom, setup an account, test your audio and video, etc. please visit: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-Meeting.
You are also encouraged to view some of the Zoom tutorials in advance of your training to ensure a seamless learning experience. ATSSA will make every effort to assist students with technical issues during training, but it is your responsibility to become familiar with the software and how to use it properly. Please note: All student material for virtual courses is supplied electronically. Students will need Adobe Reader to access course materials. ATSSA content cannot be printed or reproduced due to copyright restrictions.
Any student with connectivity outages exceeding 1 hour will be disqualified from virtual training, and no refunds will be provided.
