The 2024 Michigan State Advocacy Day has been moved from Wednesday, April 10, to Tuesday, May 14. It will still be held at Lansing Center, 333 E. Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48933. The Michigan House recently rescheduled a few upcoming dates and will no longer be in session on April 10. It was therefore in best interest to move the day to a date where they are in session.
Join the Michigan ATSSA Chapter (MI-ATSSA):
- Monday, May 13, 6 p.m. – Meet at Lansing Brewing Company (518 E Shiawassee St, Lansing, MI 48912) for a pay-on-your-own chapter networking dinner.
- Tuesday, May 14 – The chapter will meet in the morning to review issues and advocacy messages. Following that, MI-ATSSA will meet with Michigan State Legislators to promote a message of safety.
- 8 a.m. – Breakfast
- 8:30 a.m. – Briefing
- 10 a.m. – Meetings with Legislators
