Registration Info
Registration is now open at $260 per attendee. New for 2025, registration is available via Cvent, the platform used for most chapter event registrations.
What’s included? Entrance into the exhibit hall featuring historically more than 40 booths displaying the latest in roadway safety products and services, workshops by industry professionals, and meals along with an evening reception.
Housing Information
The conference will be held at Delta Hotels by Marriott, 1635 42nd Street South, Fargo, ND 58103. ATSSA’s group block closed Feb. 20, 2025, but additional rooms are currently still available at the Hilton Garden Inn Fargo. The Hilton is approximately a 5-minute walk from the meeting hotel, Delta Hotel Fargo.
Exhibits and Sponsorships
Exhibit spaces and vendor reception sponsorship public sales opened Nov. 4. Each booth space is $1,195 for ATSSA members and $1,795 for non-members. Space rentals include two free registrations per 10×10’ booth and ATSSA members receive a discount. Exhibit hall is open March 18-19.
New for 2025, the exhibit selection process, contract and registration are available in Cvent. Join approximately 40 exhibitors and showcase your company brand by securing exhibit space. Please consider supporting the vendor reception with a $200 donation during booth selection for your company to receive additional visibility. View the 2025 floorplan.
Other Announcements
Cancellation Policy: Full registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received by March 1, 2025. No refunds after March 1, 2025. No-shows will not be refunded. All refunds will be made after the conference.
