ATSSA’s Government Relations team held a virtual Town Hall discussion with Kathy Ruffalo of Ruffalo & Associates on Jan. 28, 2025, regarding the recently issued Final Rule related to the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act by the Office of Management and Budget on January 14, 2025.

Among other items, the session covers what the publication of this guidance means for the industry, key sections of the guidance and preparing ATSSA members for what to expect next. Members were provided the opportunity to submit questions to be answered during the session.
