This document, released in 2025, was developed to provide ATSSA members with a full understanding and background on ATSSA’s position on the Highway Safety Improvement Plan (HSIP) and the benefits it provides to roadway safety. The talking points and information in this document will equip and prepare members to successfully advocate with legislators on the benefits of the HSIP.
