The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), 11th Edition, a standard for traffic control devices, was released January 2024 by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and measures 8.5 x 11″.  The latest version of the MUTCD is now available and is being sold through a cooperative effort between ATSSA, AASHTO and ITE.
